各位同學：
想要認識正宗的日本武術？想要拜師於全港最好的空手道師傅門下？想要代表香港大學贏得香港空手道大專比賽的冠軍？只要你願意，儘管你以前從未接觸過任何武術，香港大學空手道會2018年9月開班的白帶新班，讓你走進道場，體驗真正的空手道。
空手道之訓練在於持之以恆的意志力，而不在於先天的體格優勢，所以一直缺少運動的人也可以學習這種武術，從基本招式開始，循序漸進的訓練。每一年都有過百的港大新生加入本道場，從白帶開始。在師父的嚴格訓練下，很多初學者在一年的時間，就代表香港大學贏得大專賽的冠軍；而其中很多初學者，因在空手道中體會到深刻的精神哲理而選擇堅持下去，用三四年的時間經歷由白帶到黑帶的蛻變，并將空手道完全融入自己的生活之中。
從未學過空手道的你，現在想要開始認識這一門充滿魅力的日本武術了嗎？趕快加入我們吧，只有親身體驗這一門武術，才能真正的瞭解不計其數的港大前輩對空手道的熱情和堅持！

地址 : 香港灣仔晏頓街1號安定大厦3字樓全層
(用港鐵由香港大學到金鐘祇需8分鐘, 由金鐘站F出口步行至道場衹需7分鐘)
練習時間
初心者: 逢星期二 4-5:30pm, 6-7:30pm & 星期六10:00am-12:00nn (每星期3堂)
有武術經驗者可參加逢星期二、五、六 7-9:30pm的搏擊班, 不另收費
教練: 張紹光(六段)師範鍊士 / 資深港隊教練 親自教授

HKU KARATE COURSE FOR BEGINNERS
Karate Club, HKUSU, proudly presents a karate course for beginners in semester 2 (Sept-Dec)! This course provides you training for basic karate movements and attack postures. Participants will be trained directly by Master Siegel Cheung (Black Belt 6th Dan) who had led the Club to win a lot of Karate tournaments, both local and international. Karate, besides being a martial art, is a mode to train up one’s determination, attentiveness and body fitness that are essential factors contribute to one’s success in University study. All are welcome regardless of your gender, age, stature and fitness. Through hard work and perserverance, mastering karate is no longer a dream!
