Course Description
Food is an important part of religious observance and spiritual ritual for many faiths including Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, etc. The role of food in cultural practices and religious beliefs is complex and varies among individuals and communities. This course will introduce students to the study of religion, using food as an entry point.
