Course Description
感觉主要是从经数Ⅱ的Lagrangian Function延展开的，其实数学的成分更多，从数学推出一些经济的道理，还涉及到了一点博弈论的知识。
Assessment
大概是，TUTO10%（只要主席所有5次TUTO就有满分）；midterm40%；final50%。后来老师把participation作为了bonus，只要回答问题就给分，期中期末两次bonus各0.5分
