Course Description
This is an elective course for ELED students introducing different enrichment activities and materials, including commercials, television series, films, poems and songs, short stories, drama, social networking, teenage literature, life-wide learning, and photography, into English language teaching in Hong Kong.
Assessment
50% Group presentation - students work in groups of three to four, select a unit from given English language textbooks in Hong Kong, each design an enrichment activity supplementing the textbook unit, and conduct an oral presentation introducing the activity or demonstrating the activity in front of the class in 10 minutes

50% Reflection essay - students reflect on the group presentation in 800-1000 words (MLA format)
