Course Description
This course is extraordinarily informative and enriching! Prof. Tsao provides a lot of statistics in support of his arguments and he is very specialized in corruption and anti-corruption practice back in China. The course also took place outside class, where we got to have a morning visit to the ICAC of Hong Kong.
