Course Description
We will introduce students to the statutes and cases, the rules and principles, that comprise the law of contract in Hong Kong. We will also in examining the law of contract indirectly consider its relationship with other disciplines in law, particularly tort and equity.
More broadly, throughout the course, students will learn to evaluate the part contracts play in facilitating economic and social co-ordination in a free community.
