Course Description
其实就是Project Management. 讲了些Project controlling, budgeting, planning和一些game theory。非常hei..一個星期一個lecture，no need to go for tutorial， oh ya, even the lecture。只要考試前花一天看就okay了，輕鬆過 ＝＝3 credit，但沒學到什麼東西。。。Assessment
