媒體教材如影像、影片及軟件，帶領同學進入模擬的宇宙旅程，認識自身在宇宙的位置，了解現代天文學的
發現及宇宙演化與人類的深遠關係。本課程重視闡釋天文研究的基本方法和它對科學發展及人類文明的貢
獻，亦讓同學運用所學的天文原理解決相關問題。為增加同學的興趣，我們會盡量舉辦觀星營及校內觀星活
動。本科使用定性討論，不涉及數學，適合不同背景同學選修。

This is a course introducing astronomy in a physics sense. For the first 9 chapters, it would be alright if you just pay attention during lessons and study the notes. However from chapter 10 onwards, quite a lot of physics is involved, if you haven't study physics before, you may encounter quite some problem.
A kind reminder: it is NOT a course about different constellations and the beautiful night sky, it is a science course, so make sure you do not have wrong expectations on the courseAssessment
