Course Description
Ambiguous introductions to poetry, concepts were not explained with crystal clarity. Students struggle time-to-time from confusion induced by thereof.



Went through the major works of the last century or two e.g. Shakespearean, Petrarchan etc.

Mid-term (MCQs + Short questions)



Final test: 2 essays (could be prepared beforehand as questions were already given)



To succeed in this course, one must REALLY think outside the box, unique ideas in explaining poetical phenomenons (in the final essays) are highly valued, hence could gain you extra marks.
