Course Description

Classical mechanics with use of calculus. Multivariable calculus not yet required, though knowledge in double/triple integral will help a lot (hence best taken with/after PHYS2150 Methods in Physics I).

Assessment

Continuous assessment 50% (35% assignments and a 90-minute mid term, 15% laboratory work), Examination 50%.

No late assignments accepted. Tutorial attendance is not compulsory.
