Course Description

This module aims at providing students with a fundamental understanding of different management principles and functions, equip them for more advanced studies in other business-related disciplines or modules, and enable them to develop basic strategies and tactics to accomplish organizational goals. Through the use of pedagogic activities involving self-awareness, brain-storming, role-playing, case study, and the like, students are able to give a critical appraisal of real life situations dealing with organizing, staffing, and motivating others.
