Course Description
Prof. Tsao taught essential skills and framework for doing comparative analysis on policy in diffient countries. The class is very interactive and it is observed that Prof. Tsao put a lot of efforts on preparing the class. It is an unforgettable learning experience and highly appreciated his effort during classes.

Course Description
This course includes the following parts with theories and real world cases:

Basic Concept of Comparative Public Policy;
Globalization and Public Policy;
Policy Analysis Tools;
Issues on Anti-Corruption, Higher Education, Housing, Ageing and Poverty Policies in Greater China (Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Singapore)

Also, Prof. Tsao arranged an individual study trip to ICAC.
